Cuvir.
Cuvir is an AI transformation agency from Cologne that builds AI-native platforms, workflows and content systems for mid-sized companies and brands. The new website had to live up to the agency's own claim: a flagship that also works as a lead machine.
What it was about.
Cuvir sells to managing directors and heads of marketing who want AI as a measurable system, not a buzzword: save hours, win enquiries, automate processes. A generic agency website with a service list and an "About us" page would have missed this audience.
Two hard constraints. First, the design had to prove the brand itself: if the agency claims AI and engineering expertise, motion, performance and interaction have to show it on every page. Second, the funnel has to hold up in B2B sales with long cycles: tangible cases, clear strategy modules, a first call as the only primary CTA.
What we delivered.
We built the site as proof: cinematic hero video, custom cursor, dock-style magnification across the process steps, scroll-reactive sections. Every detail demonstrates what the agency delivers. Three modules structure the content: what Cuvir builds (platforms, workflows, content systems), how it works (strategy → design → engineering under one roof), and what results that produces (cases with clear KPIs).
Tech stack: Next.js on Vercel, edge routing, headless CMS. Lighthouse 96+ across all templates, LCP under 1.0s. A clean SEO foundation with structured data for agency schemas and case studies.
Three months after launch: 84% more qualified enquiries from organic search and shorter first-call cycles on average, because prospects come to the call with concrete use cases. The site has visibly lifted the brand, and it is cited in the industry as a reference for AI-native web builds.
