dieWachstumshelden offer weekly live sparring for business owners, freelancers and managing directors: strategic input from experienced operators. The new website had to make that claim credible within the first three seconds.
What it was about.
The audience is owners and managing directors with little time and a lot of scepticism towards "coaching" websites. Most competitors in this segment look interchangeable: stage photo, promise, countdown webinar. dieWachstumshelden needed the opposite, a site that looks like substance and reads like a briefing, not a pitch.
Two hard constraints. First, a single primary CTA, book a trial sparring session, with no newsletter trap, no PDF lead magnet, no funnel gimmicks. Second, the site has to load instantly on the go over poor connections, because the audience typically opens it between two meetings.
What we delivered.
We built the site as a calm editorial format: lots of white space, clear typography, short sentences that make the format and the operators tangible. Instead of hero promises, the focus is on real voices, topics from recent sessions and the details of the format: what happens in the hour, who leads, who is in the room.
Tech stack: Next.js on Vercel, edge routing, Lighthouse 98 on mobile, LCP 0.3s. Clean schema.org markup for coaching services. Booking runs through a single form with a calendar slot, no third-party system, no black box.
Three months after launch: clearly more qualified trial sparring bookings and higher conversion from trial session to ongoing membership, because participants arrive with clear expectations. The site is used internally as the central sales tool, from the first referral link to the confirmation email.
